About

Hi, I'm Erilda Borici, LCPC, PMH-C

I help adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in old patterns gain a deeper understanding of themselves and create meaningful change.

Many of my clients come to therapy during times of transition—becoming a parent, navigating relationship challenges, struggling with anxiety, or realizing that experiences from their upbringing continue to impact their lives today.

As a Perinatal Mental Health Certified therapist (PMH-C), I specialize in supporting individuals through pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, pregnancy loss, and the emotional transitions that can accompany parenthood. I also work with adults navigating anxiety, identity concerns, family-of-origin issues, and the unique experiences that can come with growing up in immigrant families or balancing multiple cultural identities.

I believe therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and build a life that feels more aligned with your values and who you want to be.
